The company "E7", registered on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, announced an increase in net profit to 80.6 million dirhams in the third quarter of 2024.
This impressive growth is attributed to increased rental income related to the acquisition of new real estate and the enhanced value of the existing asset portfolio.
"We are pleased to report a strong performance in the third quarter. Our investment strategy continues to yield results, which is reflected in our increased net profit," noted a company representative.
The company also noted that its dividends remain stable, which increases the income potential for all stakeholders.
